When will my order arrive?
All orders will ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. All shipments will be sent from our warehouse in Brooklyn via UPS and standard shipping times will apply.
*Holiday 2020: due to order volume, there may be a slight delay in processing your order.
- All orders need to be placed by Tuesday, 12/15 for nationwide delivery by 12/24.
- Orders delivering in the tri-state area need to be placed by Thursday, 12/17 for delivery by 12/24.
- Orders with expedited shipping need to be placed by Sunday, 12/20 for delivery by 12/24.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! All orders will receive confirmation via email provided at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, not currently. We’ll let you know when we do.
How much will shipping cost?
All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 (after discounts have been applied) are eligible for free shipping.
Can I modify or expedite my order?

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of order placement.
What's your return policy?
Items may be returned in new condition and with original packaging and tags within 30 days of purchase. Our return policy can be viewed here. Email us at email@example.com for any questions related to returns or to start a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to two weeks to process refunds.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If you have created an account with us, you can find the updated tracking on your ‘My Account’ page.
Can I use TopUp?
TopUp is a form of payment through the New Stand App that is available in-stores.
Unfortunately we cannot accept TopUp as a payment method at this time. Stay tuned, we hope to add this member perk in the coming months!
